Admission Procedure

Prospectus and Registration Forms can be obtained from the School Office.

The duly completed form must be submitted to the office at Lovedale Academy on or before the last date stipulated along with the following documents:

  • One certified true copy of the School Report of the last two years.
  • One Certified copy of the Child's Birth Certificate, Adhar Card and T.C. (Transfer Certificate) are mandatory.

Whenever a photocopy is submitted, the original documents should be made available upon request.

Issue of Prospectus and Registration Form for Play Group to Class IX commences from 1st February (9.00 am to 1.00 p.m.)

Please Note: Registration does not entitle the child for admission automatically. the decision of selection for admission test rests with the school Principal or his/her representative.

Age Criteria

The age limit for admission to Nursery/LKG is between 3 and 4 years, as on 31st March of the year in which admission is sought.

Home Work

Parents/ Guardians are required to assist and guide the child to complete his/her homework and to sign the homework diary each day.
